MANAGEMENT TEAM

Shekar Reddy has over 25 years of successful Product Design, Development, Manufacturing, Quality and end-to-end Supply Chain/Operations experience working on innovative products in both start-up and big corporations. Shekar has successfully delivered products with a can-be-done/will-be-done attitude meeting business objectives of Time-to-Market, Time-to-Volume, Cost and Quality, along with building scalable business processes in start-up companies, laying the foundation for successful growth.

Shekar has served as VP of Manufacturing and Operations for network attached storage product startup companies Agami and Datalane, and was head of operations for wireless equipment start-up Iospan Wireless. Also, Shekar held Senior Engineering and Management roles at hard disk drive divisions of IBM and Micropolis Corporation, and at semiconductor equipment manufacturing company Asyst Technologies.

Shekar holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Arizona State University along with Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University, India.

Lalit Sabnani has 25 years of proven leadership in Program Management, Product Marketing, Design, Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Support, Manufacturing Engineering and Business Process Improvements. Ever ready to take on new challenges, he is a collaborative ant, and a walking talking Gantt Chart of the spirit of producing results.

Lalit from humble beginnings as a software writer for Amperif Corporation, a startup in data storage, to leading complex semiconductor equipment, at Applied Materials, he has held positions of increasing responsibility.

Lalit holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Arizona State University along with Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from MS University, India. He is APICS CPIM and PMI - PMP certified.
